Key Responsibility Areas

As our Business Development Lead, your mission is to drive the growth of the business development pipeline and ensure the Business Development Team is operating efficiently.

In this role, you’ll have your own sales targets and an assigned region. You will be the most senior member of the team, ensuring the team follows structured sales processes and has all the support they need to succeed. You’ll lead three ADRs, guiding them to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ensuring the team is aligned on prospecting efforts  while staying hands-on in prospecting and sales efforts yourself.

How do we picture you

  • You’re experienced in outbound sales – with at least 3 years of software sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • You’re a natural leader – You have experience in leading and guiding a team, but without the administrative hassle of managing 1:1s.
  • You collaborate with marketing – ensuring alignment on lead generation, inbound campaigns, and market positioning to support sales success.
  • You think strategically – you understand the bigger picture and ensure the team follows a structured sales process.
  • You’re based in or around Prague – expats are welcome, but regular office presence is important.
  • You’re hungry for success – this role is a stepping stone to becoming a top-performing sales leader.
  • You have experience with a CRM – you know how to navigate CRM systems efficiently to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
  • You’re fluent in English – additional languages are a bonus!
