As our Business Development Lead, your mission is to drive the growth of the business development pipeline and ensure the Business Development Team is operating efficiently.
In this role, you’ll have your own sales targets and an assigned region. You will be the most senior member of the team, ensuring the team follows structured sales processes and has all the support they need to succeed. You’ll lead three ADRs, guiding them to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ensuring the team is aligned on prospecting efforts while staying hands-on in prospecting and sales efforts yourself.
